2026 Membership Information

As Orchard View Bondholders, we all have the responsibility to maintain the financial stability of the swim club. All bondholders are required to designate the status of their membership as Active or Inactive and are to pay the appropriate yearly fee. Members who wish to sell their bond must satisfy any liability of dues or fees before the bond transfer is recorded, as stated in the OVSC bylaws.

Membership Types

• Family Membership: Entitles an individual man or women, his or her spouse or live-in, and all their unmarried children under the age of twenty-six (26) years (as of pool opening) who are residents of the member’s household to use of all Club facilities pursuant to the Rules established by the Board of Directors.
• Individual Membership: Entitles an individual, 18 or over, use of all Club facilities pursuant to the Rules established by the Board of Directors.
• Senior Membership: Entitle an individual man or women and his or her spouse or live-in age 55 or over (as of pool opening) use of all Club facilities pursuant to the Rules established by the Board of Directors.

Membership Fees

Family Memberships

• Active Early Bird Pricing: $575 — On or before March 31, 2026
• Late Active: $615 — April 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026
• Late Active: $665 — After May 31, 2026

Individual / Senior Memberships

• Active Early Bird Pricing: $315 — On or before March 31, 2026
• Late Active: $350 — April 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026
• Late Active: $375 — After May 31, 2026

Trial Memberships

• Family Trial: $575
• Individual / Senior Trial: $315

Inactive Memberships

*Bond will forfeit July 1 if no payment is made

• Inactive: $200 — On or before May 29, 2026
• Late Inactive: $250 — After May 30, 2026

Bond Purchase (if applicable): $225

Dues are non-refundable/non-transferable. Payments can be made via check, ACH or credit card. All major credit cards accepted. ACH and credit card payments will have a convenience fee applied.

Membership Bond

This is a one-time investment. According to our by-laws, this bond is refundable upon resignation and is added to the refund queue as new members buy their bonds to replace them. Bonds are non-transferrable. Bond holders must renew their bond’s active status each year by paying Club dues (Active or Inactive/Maintenance) for that particular year by May 31. Bonds that are not kept active will be declared null and void. These bonds may not be sold and will not be recognized by the Club. Bond price set by by-laws.
